Program Structure

Your coaching plan is built around you. After matching with a coach who fits your leadership profile and specialty, you will collaborate on a customized development plan with specific, actionable goals.

• 4 to 18 coaching sessions, depending on your needs
• Sessions conducted via video or in person
• Ongoing resources and support
