Program Structure
Sessions are conducted virtually on a cadence that fits your schedule. Your coach will work with you to build a personalized development plan aligned with your goals, and you will check in regularly to track progress across both technical and non-technical competencies.
CME Credit
Surgical coaching qualifies for Performance and Quality Improvement CME, so your investment in coaching also counts toward your continuing education requirements.
Investment
$400 per session, with cost per session decreasing as the number of sessions increases.
