Become a Surgical Coach

Our hybrid training course based on over a decade of research for surgeons who want to become Surgical Coaches. The program teaches coaching skills and techniques, including how to provide objective and constructive feedback, help other surgeons recognize what works and what can be improved, create action plans, and provide accountability for implementing changes.
