AGES Surgical Coaching Program
Advancing Surgical Excellence Through Coaching
The Academy for Surgical Coaching is proud to partner with the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy & Surgery Society (AGES) to introduce a transformative approach to surgeon development across the region. Together, we are launching the AGES Surgical Coaching Program, an innovative initiative designed to elevate surgical performance, accelerate professional growth, and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.
The inaugural cohort of AGES Surgical Coaches is now fully certified through the Academy’s evidence-based Surgical Coach Training Program. These coaches bring structured, data-informed coaching methods to their colleagues, supporting improvements in technical skill, clinical decision making, operative performance, and surgeon well-being. This pioneering effort reflects AGES’ leadership in advancing modern, high-performance learning for surgeons at every stage of practice.
