Randomized controlled trial of 15 PGY-1 and PGY-2 orthopedic surgery residents performing fixation of intra-articular tibial plafond fracture under fluoroscopic guidance in a simulation setting. All simulations were video-recorded; 8 residents underwent video review and feedback with a traumatologist, while the other 7 did not. On a second simulation six weeks later, the intervention cohort recorded greater improvement in OSATS ratings and less fluoroscopy utilization.
