Surgical coaching can change the way you learn and develop.

Welcome to the Academy for Surgical Coaching Live Module. This course serves as both the recertification course and the final module for the Fundamentals of Surgical Coaching course. You will review the mindset and skillset necessary to be a great surgical coach.

Current Surgical Coaches needing to recertify may register for this module directly. If you are not yet a Surgical Coach, you must first complete the Fundamentals of Surgical Coaching asynchronous modules, which can be purchased through this link: Fundamentals of Surgical Coaching

This module consists of a 30 minute full-group session that involves a review of the didactic component of our course and a Q&A, followed by a 60 minute small group session for attendees to practice and apply coaching skills.

Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American College of Surgeons and the Academy for Surgical Coaching.
