Surgical coaching can change the way you learn and develop.

Welcome to the Academy for Surgical Coaching Live Module. You will review the mindset and skillset necessary to be a great surgical coach.

This module consists of a 30 minute full-group session that involves a review of the didactic component of our course and a Q&A, followed by a 60 minute small group session for attendees to practice and apply coaching skills.
